This Privacy Policy explains what information NeuralDreams ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, console, APIs and downloadable index products (collectively, the "Services").

Information we collect

• Account data — name, work email, organization, and billing details you provide when requesting access.
• Usage data — query metadata, request volumes, latency and error logs used to operate and secure the Services.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser information collected automatically.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the Services, authenticate access, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell personal information.

Your query content

Queries you submit to hosted endpoints are processed to return results and may be logged in aggregate for reliability. We do not use your query content to train models. Self-hosted indexes are processed entirely within your environment and never reach us.

Retention & your rights

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data by contacting privacy@neuraldreams.ai.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

License

Subject to your plan, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access datasets and indexes for your internal business use. Downloadable indexes are licensed, not sold; redistribution or resale is prohibited without written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to reverse-engineer source corpora, circumvent rate limits, or use the Services to violate the rights of others. See the Acceptable Use section for detail.

Fees

Paid plans are billed per the pricing presented at purchase. Usage-based fees accrue as you query hosted endpoints. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

Warranty & liability

The Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuralDreams disclaims implied warranties and limits aggregate liability to the amounts paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable.

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") describes how NeuralDreams processes personal data on your behalf when you use the hosted Services, and forms part of the Terms.

Roles

Where you submit personal data through queries, you act as the controller and NeuralDreams acts as the processor, processing data only on your documented instructions.

Sub-processors

• Cloud infrastructure providers for compute and storage, in your selected region.
• Observability and security vendors for operational monitoring.

A current list of sub-processors is available on request; we provide notice before adding new ones.

Security measures

• Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
• Role-based access control, SSO/SAML, and audit logging.
• Region-pinned, isolated tenancy for hosted indexes.

International transfers

Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. You can pin processing to a specific region to avoid transfers.

To keep the Services reliable and lawful for everyone, you agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense or publicly redistribute datasets or indexes without written consent.
• Attempt to reconstruct, scrape or exfiltrate underlying source corpora at scale.
• Circumvent authentication, rate limits, or usage metering.
• Use the Services to build or operate anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
